TEAM SURVEY

The competitive portion of our season has come to a close, and we will now start to focus on recital. It is also time for us to gather your feedback on this past season. Please use the form below to let us know your thoughts on your classes, competitions, and our staff. We will also be asking you about your plans for next season. It shouldn’t take more than 5-10 minutes to complete. 

Please note that we are taking requests for classes in this survey but that does not mean that they will be approved or are set in place, that are just requests. Be sure to read the final page carefully. We included some Summer/Fall dates. Classes and fall intensive dates are listed on the final page.
